Deposits. payments, Cancellations and trip insurance.

• A $1200 per person is deposit is due  on  April 15, 2025
• Once you have completed  the "trip confirmation form"  you will receive an invoice by email, no later than a two week prior to the due date.
• The invoice can be paid online with a debit or credit card.  the credit card option will incurs a 3% fee
• The balance payment  is due June 25. 2025. You will receive an invoice three weeks prior to due date.

Cancellation and refunds. If you need to cancel, you must send an email notification to hattrickbruce@gmail.com

• Notice of cancellation by  May 10  2025 will receive a full refund. after that date will result in loss of deposit.  Second payment is not refundable

Travel insurance option: If you would like a guarantee of  refund , it is recommended you purchase travel insurance within 14 days of your first payment.
